We have a full and active Quality Assurance policy.
As we have grown we have recognised the need to get all staff operating in the same way. Too many mistakes are made when there is not a common approach to dealing with day to day operations. This has been learned the hard way ! We take QA very seriously.
The policy ensures we all know;
- Who in the company is responsible for what.
- How our electricians need to work to ensure the highest quality possible.
- To ensure that the correct equipment has been ordered and supplied.
- To handle tender documentation in an appropriate manner. Storage times, how to pass on a successful bid etc.
